Wally's crew, John, Peter and Wayne were great. The owner of the property failed to tell them that I was moving and when they arrived, to my total lack of knowledge, only six days before my move they listened to my concerns, made sure that all paths were safe and covered, helped move my planters, took down my Christmas lights and so much more. They also made sure that the container of landfill was removed in time for my movers to safely access the home. Their job on this property: the total replacement and upgrade of the failed drainage system. Even though I did not hire them, I would recommend them. These men cared more about me and my family's safety and needs than that of a the owner who failed to tell them we were moving.

I have used Burrard Roofing twice. Once to re-roof the flat top apartment building I used to live in, and again to re-roof the sloped shingle roof of my current house. Both times the men were professional, courteous, and on-budget. Post-work clean-up could have been better with the last job, but as it was raining at the time, I'll cut them some slack. I'd still recommend them.

We used this company twice for two different houses, with excellent experience, so when our chimney started to leak we called them. It was a tricky job, but they figured it out and did an excellent job. Great problem solvers. They are flexible and work around your schedule. We had this company install our roof in 2009 and they did a superb job. The company rep was very professional during the quoting process, very responsive to email and phone calls and started/completed the work according their schedule. Further, when they accidentally cracked the stone stairway, they immeidately acted and fixed the walkway without any hassles. I would highly these guys.

We needed out 30-year old torched-on roof restored and our drains reconfigured. Wally and his crew offered us very good suggestions, including an application of a rubber-based membrane instead of new roofing, and completed the job to our complete satisfaction in the time promised.
